Thermiculite 815®
Maximum temperature of 1000°C
Thermiculite 815 is a premium gasket material which is supplied as either cut gaskets, as a filler for spiral wound gaskets or a facing for kammprofiles. It has an exceptional maximum temperature of 1000°C and is resistant to a wide range of chemicals.

Tanged Graphite
Stainless steel tanged reinforcement
Gasketline use a premium flexible graphite partnered with a 316 stainless steel tanged reinforcement. Combining graphite with its insert provides outstanding mechanical strength, creep resistance, chemical resistance, high pressure & high temperature sealing (max 450°C).

Graphite Laminate
316 stainless steel foil insert
Gasketline’s reinforced graphite laminate is a premium flexible graphite partnered with a 316 stainless steel foil insert. Laminated graphite provides a high temperature (max 450°C), chemically resistant seal whilst remaining relatively flexible.

A Style For Every Application
Spiral wound gaskets offer a high pressure, high temperature, sealing solution. Gasketline’s spiral wound gaskets are available with either a Thermiculite®, PTFE, mica or high spec graphite filler. Dependent on material choice, spiral wound gaskets can be used at temperatures over 1000°C.
